Our front desk is staffed 24 hours per day and happy to assist you.

FIRE EMERGENCY

In case of a fire emergency please remain calm! Inform the front desk by dialling 91 immediately.

Close all windows and doors in your room and leave the room. If the fire started in your room, please exert a fire alarm box near the staircase. Leave the building using one of the three staircases and do not use the elevator! An evacuation plan is displayed inside your room door.

HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS

The entire hotel is equipped with complimentary WIFI. The access code is written inside your key card envelope.

INTERNET CORNER

Is located on our conference level. 

LAUNDRY SERVICE / DRY CLEANING / SEWING SERVICE

If you require laundry service, please inform our front desk. You can leave the laundry in your room and our housekeeping staff will pick it up. If you leave your laundry with us before 09.00 we will return it to your room the same day. This service is available Monday through Saturday (not on public holidays). For sewing service please contact our front desk (dial 91).

LINEN AND TOWELS

We change your bed linen every third day. Towels are exchanged according to your wishes: if you place them on the corresponding racks in your bathroom we will leave them as they are. Place them on the floor for us to exchange them.

LOST AND FOUND

Please contact our front desk.

LUGGAGE STORAGE / SERVICE

You can store your luggage with us at the arrival and departure day. Please dial 91 if you need assistance with your luggage.

MAINTENANCE

Please let our front desk know if you see anything within the hotel that requires maintenance.

Please call the front desk (dial 91) if you need medical assistance or a doctor.

Cold drinks and snacks are available in your minibar. These will be charged to your bill according to consumption.

PARKING

Parking is available in our garage or in front of the hotel at CHF 25.00 per night.

PHARMACY

The nearest pharmacy is located at the Sihlicity shopping centre on the first floor.

PILLOWS

Different types of pillows are available at our front desk.

• Tempur: Cushion adapts to the contours of the neck and head and supports the neck and shoulder muscles
• Sanavital: Reversible: one soft side from porous, viscoelastic foam, one supporting strong side of solid latex
• Sanadream: Reversible: One side is soft, the other moderately supportive. Pillowcase made of heat regulating material (pillow stays cool)
• Sanasleep: Latex core with two different waves for normal or supportive lying, upholstered with pure goose down. Individual height adjustment by removable insert.
• Sananature: One half of the cushion is filled with soft down, the other with supportive shells of millet.

PRESSING SERVICE

Available Monday through Friday 08.00 to 17.00.

Please ask our front desk for more information (dial 91). In addition, Ironing board and iron are located in your room inside the wardrobe.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT TICKETS

All tickets can be bought on every tram or train stop. 

RESTAURANT Leafs / BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10.00 in our Restaurant Leafs. We are happy to deliver the breakfast to your room. Please use the room service guest app to order. Opening times for lunch are 11.30 to 13.45 and 18.30 to 21.30 for dinner.

ROOMSERVICE

Please see channel 2 on the TV or the room service guest app for the menu. Orders can be made directly through the guest app or through our front desk (dial 91).

SAFE / VALUABLES

Please secure your valuables by using your room safe (Hotel is liable up to CHF 1000.00) or free of charge with our safe at the front desk. The hotel is not liable for unsecured lost or stolen valuables.

Sihlcity, one of Zurich’s biggest shopping malls, is only 3 walking minutes away from the hotel. It features over 80 stores, various restaurants, fitness centre, cinema complex, library and its own chapel.
